Limited company establishment and registration

 

Legal basis: Company Law of the People's Republic of China, Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration

 

Conditions:

 

1. The number of shareholders meets the quorum;

 

(2) The shareholder's contribution reaches the statutory minimum capital;

 

3. The shareholders shall jointly formulate the articles of association of the Company;

 

4. Have a company name and establish an organization that meets the requirements of a limited company;

 

5. There is a company residence.

 

Materials and requirements are required

 

(1) The principal qualification certificate of the shareholder or promoter

 

1. Qualification materials for natural person shareholders: Chinese citizen ID card;

 

2. Qualification materials of corporate shareholders: copy of business license of corporate legal person.

 

(2) Company name:

 

The enterprise name shall generally be composed of the following parts: Shenzhen (city) + name + industry (or industry characteristics) + organizational form

 

(3) Identity certificate of enterprise director, supervisor and manager

 

Vi. Received after registration:

 

1. Copy of business license

 

2. Certified copy of institution code

 

3, tax registration certificate copy, tax approval

 

4. Articles of Association

 

5, official seal, financial seal, corporate seal, engraved card
