Establishment of company and enterprise branches
(1) The establishment of a branch of a limited liability company provides:
1. The original and photocopy of the company's business license are stamped with the company's official seal and marked "consistent with the original".
2, the copy of the articles of association with the company (enterprise) official seal, and indicate "consistent with the original"
3. Resolution of the shareholders' meeting or the board of directors concerning the establishment of a branch company
4. Identity certificate of the person in charge of the branch
5, the branch premises property ownership certificate or house rental certificate
6, pre-approval of the special approval
(2) The establishment of branches of the company (joint-stock cooperative enterprise) provides:
1. The original and photocopy of the business license of the head office shall be stamped with the official seal of the company and marked "consistent with the original".
2, the copy of the company's articles of association stamped with the company's official seal, and indicate "consistent with the original"
3. Resolution of the shareholders' meeting or the board of directors concerning the establishment of a branch company
4. Identity certificate of the person in charge of the branch
5, the branch premises property ownership certificate or house rental certificate
6, pre-approval of the special approval
(3) The establishment of branches of enterprises owned by the whole people provides:
1. The copy of the business license shall be stamped with the official seal of the company and marked "consistent with the original".
2. Identity certificate of the person in charge of the branch
3, the branch premises property ownership certificate or house rental certificate
4. Special approval documents for pre-approval
(4) The establishment of a branch of a sole proprietorship enterprise provides:
1. The original and photocopy of the business license are stamped with the company's official seal and marked "consistent with the original".
2. Identity certificate of the person in charge of the branch
3, the branch premises property ownership certificate or house rental certificate
4. Special approval documents for pre-approval
